'Normal Colours' refers to colours that can be bought directly off the shelf, or via the website, etc. 'FCS Colours' refers to colours that are limited to FCS orders only. While both types of colours can be ordered with your FCS, if the wig you want for your doll is a 'normal' one, it's not a bad idea to buy that wig off the shelf and order your doll with a FCS-only wig. Since these wigs are only available via FCS, it is your only opportunity to get them. If you later decide you don't like it, you can always easily sell it, and possibly for more due to its limited availability.
Also please note that W-05, W-14, W-21, W-45, W-55, W-74, W-85, W-92, W-94, W-100, W-101, W-108, W-109, W-110, W-113, W-118, W-119 and W-120 are FCS wigs only. These styles can not be bought off the shelf at all. If you want one of these styles for any of your dolls, make sure you order it with your next FCS order!
Also, while Volks does have other styles of wigs outside of these, these are the ONLY wigs that can be ordered with your FCS. Other available Volks styles are not available through FCS. In addition, some of the available styles here are also available off the shelf in other colours.

In March 2016, wig colors 6, 350, 100, 4/27, CB, and M613/100 were discontinued.

* Extras Option: it is now possible to order up to two extra wigs with each FCS, for a total of three wigs per FCS order. Each additional wig costs 3,990yen, and can only be ordered in the same size as the doll being ordered. It is possible to order the same wig multiple times in the one order if you wish.
