This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 18mm eyes. It was released in Japan in September 2016 as a Tenshi no Sato exclusive. On September 19, 2020 it was released at Tenshi no Mado and Sumika locations.
