This is a FCS-only head mold.The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 20mm eyes. It was released in Japan in June 2016 at Tenshi no Sato. On September 19, 2020 it was released at Tenshi no Mado and Sumika locations.
