This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 18mm eyes. It was released in Japan in March 2016 at Tenshi no Sato. It was made available to Teshi no Mado and Sumika locations on September 17th, 2022.
