This is a FCS only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 shows the head mold with 18mm eyes. It was released in Japan in June 2015 at Tenshi no Sato. It has also been made available to the North America Online FCS for SD16 Girls. It was released to Tenshi no Mado and Sumika locations on September 19th, 2020.
