This is a FCS-only head mold. It was released in Japan in June 2015. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 18mm eyes. This head was a Tenshi no Sato exclusive. On September 15, 2018 this head was made avaiable at all Sumika locations.

Volks put this description on their USA Facebook page to promote the head for the Online FCS:
"Their gentle soft features give you a sense of elegance and a romantic beauty. As a girl, we get a feel of a beautiful girl turning heads as she walks down the street with her friends. As a boy, we get a feel of a cute younger brother that we want to spoil and treat to snacks!"
