This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 18/9mm eyes, and notes there are visible teeth that can be painted. This sculpt is typically seen as a male on the SDGr Boy body. It was released in Japan in September 2015 at Tenshi no Sato. It was released to Sumika locations and Tenshi no Mado on September 18th, 2021.
