This is a FCS exclusive head mold. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in September 2014, and made available at all Sumika locations in September 2016. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 shows the head mold with 22mm eyes. This head mold is available at all FCS locations, and was also made available to the North America Online FCS for SD16 Girls.
