This is a FCS-only head mold. It was released in Japan in September 2014. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 18mm eyes. This head was Tenshi no Sato exclusive. It was made available to Tenshi no Sumika locations and Tenshi no Mado on September 18, 2021.
