No, this colour is neither brown nor grey.
The name is in fact a mistake on Volks' part, which they have admitted to.
It is a dark, grey-tinged blue colour.
It is not quite as dark as GE-19 or GE-20. Also, it has a more dusky, grey tone to it, where the other two are straight blues.
