This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 16mm eyes. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in September 2015. It was released to all Sumika locations and Tenshi no Mado in September 2017. It was then made Tenshi no Sato and Mado exclusive on September 30th, 2021. It was then discontinued on January 30th, 2023.
