This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 16mm eyes. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in June of 2014. It was released to all Sumika locations and Tenshi no Mado in September 2017. It was made Tenshi no Mado and Sato exclusive on October 31st, 2023.
