This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 16mm eyes, and notes the head has teeth that are visible and able to be painted. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in Spring of 2014, around March. It had a limited release at Tenshi no Mado along with the pure skin ever beauty resin from October 7th through December 13th, 2022.
