This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 16mm eyes. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in　January 2014, then was made available to all Sumika in Fall 2014. It was made a Tenshi no Mado and Sato exclusive on September 30th, 2020. It was then discontinued on January 31st, 2022.
