This is a FCS-only head mold. The Full Choice Handbook: 2016 by Volks shows the head mold with 16mm eyes. It was released at Tenshi no Sato in Fall of 2014, then was made available to all Sumika in Fall 2015. It was made a Tenshi no Sato and Mado exclusive on October 31st, 2023.
